WHAT IS THE TRUE COST OF POLARITY IN AMERICA?

The America and the American brand of democracy that we grew up with and have known for most of our lives seems now to be slipping into oblivion. This loss presents us with the disturbing realization that we are becoming more and more polarized as a nation and as a people. 

Keeping in mind the fourteen polarization costs presented in the recently emailed article What Is the True Cost of Polarity in America?, please complete this brief survey about these costs.
